Belly fat, also known as stomach fat is the kind of fat that most people would rather not have. If you want to know how you can lose your belly fat, this article can show you how.

For aerobic exercises, you can easily choose any of the high impact work out that you prefer. For all exercises, aim to keep the duration between 15 to 45 minutes to achieve optimal results.

Most people who aim to trim their waist wrongly believe that sit-ups will help. Unfortunately, the fact is that although sit-ups can help you to lose fats, it is not able to target a specific part of your body. Hence, although you may lose overall body fats, the fat at the belly stays.

To lose belly fat fast, one of the most effective ways is to ensure that your calorie intake is less than the calories you are going to burn for the day. The idea seems so basic but many people kept forgetting this simple advice.
