Can you sit down and have a meal and find that the pounds melt away automatically? Has the world discovered some new food?
When you consider that there are thousands of people on a diet right now, trying to lose some weight, if a fat burning food source has been found, you cannot ignore it.
Unfortunately I cannot tell you that a sweet day holiday has been implemented and that al the sweet tooth foods now burn fat.
The real fat burning foods are the nutritious foods that you need to claim as your main food source, instead of the junk foods.
This is no lie, fat burning foods is food that your body has to work hard at to digest, the way your body was originally made. They will cause your metabolic rate to increase to burn calories. This increased metabolism is like internal exercise, which means that calories are being burned.
Junk food or processed food is exactly what it is, it’s already processed, so your body doesn’t have to do much processing to digest it.
Processed foods are already broken down, to some degree, so your body has no real digesting exercise. It’s a piece of cake for your body to process, a piece of cake. Most of the body will simply break this cake down fairly quick. A lot of the calories are empty and go right to your fat cells, to accumulate. This makes for, a very lazy processing system. Everything runs at a sluggish rate.
Most of the fast foods are processed junk foods. Another good example is, take a good look at the canned fruit and vegetables on the supermarket shelves. The labels will tell you exactly what is included in every single can and brand.
You will be shocked at the sweeteners, chemicals and salt that is added to canned food.
Portion sizes are very important, and so is having a balanced meal. Not only does it make your body work harder, longer and faster to burn calories, but you will loose weight eating these whole grains, lean meat and fruits and vegetables.
You have to learn to set limits for yourself, you cannot eat till you’re full because then you will not lose inches.
You need to wait a little after you’ve eaten your smaller portions, you cannot say that you are still hungry.
The rule of thumb is: if you don’t feel satisfied after you’ve eaten, wait for 20 minutes after your meal because your mind will then catch up to the fact that you have eaten. Most of the time the food craving disappears providing you have had a nutritious meal.
These are the things that will help you to lose weight. If you choose fresh, whole foods it will help you burn belly fat. If you can add 25 minutes of aerobic exercises a couple of times a week, it will drastically increase your metabolism, helping you to lose weight faster.
